To support carer’s to devise efficient protocols for dealing with the various difficulties that arise from family time arrangements.
To consider the well-being of the child and to utilise reflective practice in working with services to better understand the pro’s and con’s from both the child and carer’s perspective.
To give consideration to the importance of birth family, their views and experiences and to reflect on identity.
